Travelers in New Castle should brace for heavy delays and high prices at the pump, with local gas averaging four dollars and eighty cents a gallon. Traffic analysts warn that the heaviest gridlock will hit this afternoon between three p-m and six p-m.Turning to the local courts, fifty-eight-year-old Paul Probst of Rochester has been sentenced to nine to twenty years in state prison. Probst pleaded guilty to rape of a child for repeated assaults that took place in West Pittsburg and Beaver County. Lawrence County President Judge J.
